Marjus Tahiraj is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach known for his clinical, detail-driven approach to human performance. Every client journey begins with a thorough functional movement screen โ allowing him to build a program that reflects your lifestyle, limitations, and goals.
With over 15 years of experience and more than 40,000 personal training sessions, Marjus has worked with clients ranging from ages 13 to 92 โ from beginners to high-level athletes.

Alex Kadelliu
Personal Trainer & Soccer Performance Coach
Alex is a NASM-certified personal trainer and dedicated soccer performance coach with a deep passion for athletic development and general physical fitness. A former professional soccer player who competed on two continents and played collegiately at UMass Boston, Alex draws on his personal experience to motivate clients at every level.
His coaching career began at 16, mentoring young athletes at his local soccer club. Driven by a desire to give back to his community, Alex's mission is to help people become the best physical and mental versions of themselves through discipline and consistency. Currently expanding his knowledge under the mentorship of Marjus Tahiraj, Alex strives to empower clients to conquer their goals and live healthier, more confident lives.
Sophia Richer
Personal Trainer
Sophia is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for health, wellness, and helping people become the best version of themselves. Her goal is not just to help clients look better โ but to feel better and improve their overall quality of life.
Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Allied Health Concentration and a minor in Nutrition from Endicott College. With four years of experience as a physical therapy aide and over a year training directly under Marjus at Conquer Health & Fitness at PEX Medfield and PEX Westwood, Sophia brings both clinical knowledge and hands-on coaching expertise to every session.
